From
Saturday 15 June to Sunday 25 August, works will increase at Marshall Station as crews complete the final stages of the new station building, platform, forecourt and bus loop.
While
coaches replace trains for all or part of the journey, myki facilities will be unavailable at the station.
Passengers will
not be able to purchase, top-up, or touch on/off at Marshall or South Geelong stations. Passengers should use the myki facilities at the station they connect to the train.
I am travelling to/from Marshall or South Geelong station. How can I use my myki card?
When coaches replace trains between Waurn Ponds and Geelong – passengers should touch on/off their myki when transferring between coach and train at Geelong Station.
When coaches replace trains between Waurn Ponds and Wyndham Vale – passengers should touch on/off their myki when transferring between coach and train at Wyndham Vale.
I touched on at another station and can’t touch off at Marshall or South Geelong. Will I be overcharged?
If you have touched on your myki at another station and travel to Marshall or South Geelong, you will be charged a default fare for travel. You can apply for a reimbursement of this fare online at

I need to purchase or top-up my myki card?
While myki facilities are unavailable at Marshall and South Geelong stations, passengers should use the ticketing devices at the connecting stations or online at ptv.vic.gov.au
Why are myki facilities unavailable at Marshall and South Geelong stations?
The Geelong Line Upgrade will be completed at the end of August. South Geelong and Marshall stations will be open, and the Fyans Street and Surf Coast Highway level crossings will be removed. While the final stage of works is completed, myki facilities will be unavailable at these stations.
