Our Voice of Customer program is an opportunity for you to have your say on travelling with V/Line and will support customer experience improvements.

We’re holding Your Voice Matters sessions at regional locations and Southern Cross Station to capture what you think about V/Line and our services. V/Line management and front-line staff want to hear about your experiences and the things that will improve your journey.

By listening to what you have to say, we can better understand what the needs of our passengers are  so we can then work to improve our service s. We’d like to hear about all aspects and touchpoints of your V/Line experience and journey, from buying a ticket to station amenities, customer service, train and coach comfort, accessibility and disruption information.
