Your voucher benefits remain the same and you don't need to register again. Your new voucher allocation will automatically refresh on 1 November each year.
Using paperless vouchers
From 1 November, registered customers will be able to use their next round of vouchers:
- by visiting a staffed station or booking agent (at least 30 minutes prior to travel); and
- by calling the PTV Call Centre (allow 10 business days for postage or collect your ticket from a station or agent 30 minutes prior to travel).
You’ll just need to tell our team your concession card number and they’ll book your travel and record your voucher usage. Our staff can also tell you how many vouchers you have left at any time.
You can also use the tool below to check your voucher balance. Simply select the type of concession card that you hold, and provide your concession card number & residential postcode.
