The following additional services will operate on New Year's Eve,
Friday 31st December 2021. These services will be departing the morning of Saturday 1st January, 2022
Ballarat Line:
An additional train will depart from Southern Cross at 01.10, stopping at Ardeer 01.24, Deer Park 01.28, Caroline Springs 01.32, Rockbank 01.37, Cobblebank 01.41, Melton 01.45, Bacchus Marsh 01.52, Ballan 02.10, Ballarat 02.35 and arriving at Wendouree 02.43.
Additional coach services also depart from the Southern Cross Coach Terminal at 01.10 and 02.10.
Bendigo Line:
Additional coach services will depart from the Southern Cross Coach Terminal at 01.05 and 02.05.
Geelong Line:
An additional train will depart from Southern Cross at 01.45, stopping at Deer Park 02.01, Tarneit 02.10, Wyndham Vale 02.17, Little River 02.25, Lara 02.31, Corio 02.35, North Shore 02.38, North Geelong 02.42, Geelong 02.50, South Geelong 02.54, Marshall 02.59 and arriving at Waurn Ponds 03.06.
Additional coach services also depart from the Southern Cross Coach Terminal to Waurn Ponds and Wyndham Vale, departing at 2.15am.
Seymour Line:
Additional coach services will depart from the Southern Cross Coach Terminal at 01.00 and 02.00.
Traralgon Line:
Additional coach services will depart from the Southern Cross Coach Terminal at 01.00 and 02.00.
General Information
- There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services
- No pets or hot food/liquids allowed on replacement coaches
- Customers require a valid myki or paper ticket to travel on all V/Line replacement coach services. Please touch on and touch off your myki to ensure you pay the correct fare
- In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from the Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street
