Performance
Results – August 2006
In July
2006 our Performance Results format changed.
To be even
more transparent about our performance, we are separating short haul
journeys from long haul journeys. This means double the amount of
reporting and customers can see more clearly their travel experience on V/Line
services.
For the
longer services to outer-regional centres we’re reporting journeys on time to
10 minutes while for the shorter journeys to the main regional centres
we’re reporting on time to five minutes. This a much more realistic
standard to report against taking into account the different distances
involved.
